What is CRO?
A process of optimizing website or landing page/s to improve goal conversions. Conversion can be a sale, enquiry (email, phone), newsletter signup or any other goal you want your customer to complete on your site or on your landing page.
When it comes to success of your online campaigns, the 2 key components are:
1) volume of visitors – getting as many of your target users to visit your site as possible.
2) conversion rates – getting as many of your visitors to complete the desired action on your site.
